退貨或更換 除另有規定外,概不接受退貨或更換貨物。請閣下於訂購前細閱由供應商訂明的退貨或更換政策。 根據個別供應商的退貨或更換政策,倘閣下訂購的商品出現故障、有缺陷或損壞(並非閣下的錯失),或商品並非閣下所訂購,或交付的數量不正確,可於收貨日期的七(7)天內退貨或更換,惟需: 退貨或更換政策適用 商品未經使用並處於原先出售的狀態,連同與貨物提供的所有零件及配件,包括說明書、證書、標籤、標記、消耗品、袋及盒; 商品的包裝必須處於交付予閣下時的狀態;及 退貨或更換的要求經即時聊天室寄送至我們的客戶服務代表並於供應商指定期間內,商品於送貨地址透過我們的免費收集退回予供應商。 閣下同意及接受,是否接受商品更換須視乎存貨供應。 閣下同意及接受,是否被接受退回或更換商品屬供應商的全權酌情決定。於任何情況下我們均不會接受直接向我們退貨,或為閣下因任何原因招致的損害負責。

重新送貨 如商品已到達收貨地址而無人簽收,我們可在速遞公司將貨品退回後再次安排送貨,但顧客須重新支付運費,如在其後七個工作天後我們仍然聯絡不到顧客,該訂單將會被取消,恕不會安排退款,請顧客主動聯絡我們重新安排送貨。 D. 其他須知 1. 完成付款後,我們會盡快於辦公時間內安排寄出。貨品寄出後,顧客填寫的電郵地址,將會收到由系統寄出的電郵,通知顧客包裹的寄出日期及追蹤編號。 2. 收件時請顧客檢查貨品,如有損毀,請直接拒收或要求退回寄件人。 3. 如訂單包括現貨和預購或缺貨產品,將會安排預購品或缺貨品到貨後一併寄出。 4. 如收到的貨品或數量與訂單不符,請於收貨後之2個工作天內致電客戶服務部,我們會與物流公司核實派送過程,如因物流公司派遞時遺失或損毀,我們會與物流公司追討賠償。 逾時作出聯絡的個案,恕難以提供進一步協作。 5. 未能成功投遞的訂單,將會以電郵/電話方式聯絡顧客,安排重新送貨。 Re-delivery If the product has arrived at the delivery address and no one signs for it, we can arrange delivery again after the courier company returns the product, but the customer must pay the freight again.
