6. 客人需於下單後24小時內付款給本公司確認訂單。如未能於24小時內付款,本公司有可能會直接取消訂單及不作任何主動通知。
7. 如屬於一般產品瑕疵,包括膠水漬,自然褶痕,非完全對稱,折痕,線頭或不大於貨品體積5%的污漬等,並不能作為退換貨的要求。另外,客人亦要明白一些訂購產品可能因型號較舊,會出然自然氧化 (變黃) 情況 及 外包裝因運輸所做成的破損,在不影響正常發揮產品原有功能的前題下,這些原因均不能作為退換貨的要求。如訂購同時,本公司並保留最終決定權。
7. 所有預訂產品到貨時間均在網站上的產品頁面上顯示,到貨後會五個工作天內聯絡客人取貨。如到貨時間因本店不能控制的情況下廷遲,本店會盡快通知客人最新情況。
8. 在下列特殊情況下,本公司保証會為客人進行全數退款或換貨:-
- 供應商缺貨
- 內部問題 (如標售價格有誤)

-確實客人付款後14日工作天內仍然未能出貨

10. 所有換貨申請必須於門市取貨時即時提出 (但不保證一定能換),貨物出門,恕不受理。如閣下選擇第三方送貨,必須於貨品送交到您手上後 24小時內 提出申請 (但不保證一定能換),過後恕不受理。
11. 訂單內的貨品內容,每件貨品均作獨立結算,因此取貨時如訂單內的貨品未能完全到達,客人取貨亦必須先支付所提取貨品的餘額。如部份訂單內的貨品訂購不成功,本公司只會退還未能成功訂購貨品所支付的訂金。在此情況下,客人亦必須全數支付其餘成功訂購貨品的餘額。如客人要求訂單內的所有貨品均能成功訂購,必須在交易進行前向我們提出並得到我們的書面確認。
12. Goodbuyhk會經不同渠道採購預訂產品,包括但不限於世界各地供應商及本地供應商,本店能保證所銷售的產品為正貨,但不能保證產品是來自單一來源地/ 產地或不能保證產品非來自某一地區的來源/ 產地。如客人在這方面有額外要求,可在下單前向本店查詢,本公司會盡最大能力滿足客戶要求,但本公司不能保証能完全滿足客人的額外要求。
13. Goodbuyhk保留於本網站相關訂單的所有權利 (如取消訂單)。
